Blue Ridge Boost’s Winter Break STEM Day Camps are the perfect way for your child to stay inspired, engaged, and learning while school is out! Choose a half-day (8:30 AM – 1 PM) or full-day (8:30 AM – 5 PM) session—each day features new winter and snow-themed activities, hands-on exploration, and creative STEM projects.

Minecraft Education Coding

Explore the world of Minecraft Education in a winter wonderland! Students will code to help polar bears in snowy biomes, build their own snow spleef games, create a winter snowball battle, and even program magical snowy effects.

Returning campers can take on advanced challenges like coding a winter cabin or an ice castle.

Roblox Studio Game Design

Design and build your own winter platformer! Campers use Roblox Studio to create icy terrains, invent creative goals and stories, decorate their winter wonderlands, and collaborate to test and polish their games.

Returning students continue to expand their projects with new game design skills.

Scratch Coding & Game Creation
Bring winter stories to life through code! Campers create interactive snow stories, design a snowman decorating game, code snowflake-catching adventures, and build their own snowball toss games.

Repeat attendees can design even more imaginative winter-themed games.

Robotics
Dive into hands-on robotics with LEGO and Sphero! Program LEGO bots to react to winter “weather,” design snow-clearing robots, and send Sphero robots on snowy obstacle courses and snowball battles.

Each day brings new challenges—returning campers can take on even more advanced robotics projects.

Strategy Games & Winter Puzzles

Sharpen your mind with winter-themed puzzles, math challenges, and classic strategy games like Catan, Mastermind, and Battleship.

Kids will collaborate and compete in new games and take on different problem-solving adventures each day!
