Parents: A fun, beginner-friendly camp where students explore strategy through puzzles, logic games, and hands-on challenges. Campers in grades 1–3 learn how to plan ahead, spot patterns, make predictions, and test different choices while playing age-appropriate strategy games. Throughout the day, students build problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills in a playful and supportive environment. Level Up extensions are available for older or more advanced campers in grades 4–6.
Kids: Play smart and think like a strategist! You’ll try fun games, solve tricky challenges, learn how to plan your next move, and discover how small choices can change the whole game. Test ideas, outthink the challenge, and see if you can find the best strategy.
Campers explore a mix of strategy games, logic puzzles, and simple game theory ideas through guided play and discussion. Students learn how to take turns thoughtfully, predict what might happen next, compare choices, and explain why one move works better than another. Activities are designed to be accessible for grades 1–3, with optional Level Up extensions that add more complexity for grades 4–6.

S1 What Is Strategy?
Activities: Campers learn what strategy means by playing simple turn-based games and noticing how different choices lead to different outcomes. Students practice looking ahead, spotting patterns, and talking about why they chose a move.
Words: strategy, choice, rule, turn, predict, pattern.
Try This First: Play a simple game where you choose between two or three moves and talk about what might happen next.
Level Up: Explain not just your next move, but what you think your opponent might do after that.
S2 Winning Moves and Smart Choices
Activities: Explore games where order matters, moves can block an opponent, and timing changes the result. Campers test different strategies and compare what works best.
Try This First: Practice choosing a move that helps you while also protecting your position.
Level Up: Look for a “best move” by thinking two or three turns ahead.
S3 Game Theory for Kids
Activities: Campers are introduced to simple game theory ideas like fairness, cooperation, competition, and how one player’s choice can affect another player’s result. Through stories and games, students explore when to compete, when to share, and how rules shape strategy.
Try This First: Play a cooperative or choice-based game and talk about how each player’s decision changes the outcome.
Level Up: Compare two different rule sets and explain how the best strategy changes.
S4 Puzzle Play, Tournament, and Share
Activities: Campers rotate through short strategy stations, solve puzzles, and play final games that let them use what they learned. The day ends with sharing favorite games and talking about strong strategies.
Reflection: What helped you make a smart move? What strategy would you use again?
Level Up: Create a new rule or twist for a game and predict how it would change the strategy.
For Parents: This camp builds logic, focus, flexibility, and decision-making through playful activities that feel engaging rather than academic. Campers strengthen social thinking and problem-solving while learning how to make thoughtful choices and explain their reasoning.
